As the Director of Little Land Preschool, I am committed to creating a warm, inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported as they learn and grow. I work closely with families and educators to support each child’s sense of belonging, confidence, and curiosity.

At Little Land, we provide a nurturing, innovative, and stimulating early learning environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn. Guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, our program supports each child’s natural curiosity and love of learning through a balance of intentional teaching and spontaneous play. We view ourselves as an extension of home, fostering strong partnerships with families to support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development. Through meaningful experiences, respectful relationships, and inclusive practices, we empower children to grow into confident, capable learners with a strong sense of self, community, and belonging.

At Little Land, our educators are passionate, dedicated professionals who are fully qualified and committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and care. Our team holds a range of recognised qualifications, including Certificate III, Diploma, and Early Childhood Teaching degrees. Through ongoing professional development and reflective practice, our educators continually build their skills and knowledge to ensure best practice. This strong foundation of training, experience, and care allows us to create a safe, nurturing, and enriching learning environment for every child.
